It will speed up the publication of your contribution. Author(s) should send a declaration (in a simple cover letter) stating that this work is original and is not published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Reviewers list - It is highly recommended to submit a list of at least Three (3) experts who can act as potential reviewers. Please provide the names, addresses, and email addresses of these experts in the field of your paper who are personally unknown to you or any of the co-authors, are not members of the Editorial Board, are not from your or any of the co-authors’ institution and at least two of whom must be from a different country from you. The list of potential reviewers should be sent together in the manuscript submission email message. MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION DETAILS Original material Submission of an article in the Journal implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. Text Layout - Use 1.5 spacing and wide (3 cm) margins on white paper and full justification. Ensure that each new paragraph is clearly indicated. Present tables and figure legends on separate pages at the end of the manuscript. Number all pages consecutively and all line numbers starting afresh on each page; use 12 pt font size Times New Roman and standard fonts. Abstract - Each paper should be provided with an Abstract of about 100-200 words, reporting concisely on the purpose of the review paper. Units - Follow internationally accepted rules and conventions: use the international system of units (SI). If, in certain instances, it is necessary to quote other units, these should be added in parentheses. Temperatures should be given in degrees Celsius. The unit 'billion' is ambiguous and must not be used. It is preferred that units be of the format like mg/L and not mgL-1. Mathematical notations and equations - Authors should make clear any symbols (e.g. Greek characters, vectors, etc.) which may be confused with ordinary letters or characters. Duplicated use of symbols should be avoided where this may be misleading. Symbols should be defined as they arise in the text and separate Nomenclature should also be supplied. All equations should be word processed using the Microsoft Equation 3.0 wizard from the ‘Insert-Object’ option. References References must be typed as Superscripted in text and in the following order: Initials and surname followed by the name of journal, Vol. No., page no. and year of publication (and for the book: name of book, Publisher, page No. and year), e.g.- You can download a sample PDF reprint File of an article for consultation directly from the site http://rasayanjournal.com/sample/sample.pdf Colour Figures - For colour illustrations, a colour printing fee will be charged to the author per colour page. Further information concerning colour illustrations and costs will be communicated to the author by the Publisher through the Editor-in-Chief at proof preparation stages. Notification - Corresponding authors will be notified of the acceptance of their paper by the Editor-in-Chief. Copyright - All authors must sign the Transfer of Copyright Agreement before the article can be published. This transfer agreement enables the Publisher to protect the copyrighted material for the authors, but does not relinquish the authors' proprietary rights. The copyright transfer covers the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the article, including reprints, photographic reproductions, microfilm or any other reproductions of similar nature and translations. Authors are responsible for obtaining from the copyright holder permission to reproduce any figures for which copyright exists.
